Opaque red with a clear meniscus. Crunchy and bright and bursting with summer berries. Fresh strawberries, berry compote, wild strawberries at dawn’s first light, freshly crushed rose petal, Damson, sarsaparilla, kola nut. The aromatics are all alive and gently kicking. A fresh and vibrant mouthful of exuberant pinot noir pushes forth, but then the darker berry fruit flavours take over and make the wine coil into a dense and boldly tannic crush. Another sip and another surprise as the wine then revives and flowers. More damask, more rosewater, more nosegays and more gently crushed berries - strawberry to mulberry to loganberry and back again.Product Details
